Charlie Wells at the Crop Consultants Australia Conference
03/06/26
CFM Agronomist Charlie Wells attended the Crop Consultants Australia Conference in Narrabri in his role as a Director of Crop Consultants Australia (CCA).
CCA exists to promote and enhance crop consultancy as a profession, and its seminars have become a fixture on the agronomy calendar, bringing agronomists, growers and researchers together to work through the technical and business challenges facing the industry. The conference in Narrabri continued that tradition, drawing agronomists and industry professionals from across the country to share knowledge, discuss current challenges and explore the latest developments in Australian agriculture.
For Charlie, the event was as valuable from the front of the room as it was from the floor. Sessions covered everything from crop nutrition and disease management to the practical realities of running a consulting business, alongside plenty of opportunity to compare notes with peers facing similar seasons and similar problems.
It was a valuable opportunity to connect with peers and gain insights that continue to benefit our clients and the broader industry.
