Before investing in an agricultural landholding, CFM will extensively take the investor through the due diligence processes that are required to ensure investment aims can be achieved. 

CFM will assess the key return drivers of the agricultural asset such as productivity gain, development, and cost control opportunities to ensure the investor is purchasing the right asset at the right price.

Permanent Cropping

CFM is developing its managerial base into the production and establishment of permanent tree cropping enterprises. CFM manages assets in Citrus, Almonds and Pistachios and is expanding into other fruit sectors through various investment pipelines

Water Management

CFM manages in excess of 70,000 megalitres circa $200m of water entitlements on behalf of its investor owners.

In recent years a shift towards the highest and best use of water assets has seen a step change in the face value of water entitlements. This has resulted in the emergence and rapid growth of a number of industry sub-sectors within the overall Agricultural landscape.
