Permanent Cropping
CFM has evolved its managerial base into the development, establishment and production of significant horticultural enterprises. CFM manages assets in Citrus, Almonds, kiwifruit and Pistachios and is expanding into other fruit sectors through various investment pipelines.
Water Management
CFM manages in excess of 90,000 megalitres circa $260m of water entitlements on behalf of its investor owners.
In recent years a shift towards the highest and best use of water assets has seen a step change in the face value of water entitlements. This has resulted in the emergence and rapid growth of a number of industry sub-sectors within the overall Agricultural landscape.
CFM have been managing corporate farming operations for our clients since 2018. They have an excellent farm management structure including contract labour, accounting services and professional management.
